This South Miami home blends tropical modernism with contemporary design, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The layout responds to the unique contours of the site, enhancing privacy while maximizing views and natural ventilation. Local materials, such as oolite stone, anchor the structure to the landscape, reinforcing its connection to the environment.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass walls, and integrated planters blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. Courtyards and shaded terraces foster a continuous flow with nature, while providing shading and comfort in the Miami tropical climate. The design prioritizes sustainability and integrates the home within the site’s natural topography, creating a tranquil and cohesive living environment.
